Shipping Policy

Pre-Orders

  • All items are sold as pre-orders. This means your order will be reserved and produced before it ships.

  • Estimated fulfillment time: [3-4 weeks] after the pre-order window closes.

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (after fulfillment).

  • Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or peak seasons.

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow it to your doorstep.

Shipping Locations

  • Currently, we ship within the United States.

  • International shipping is not yet available.

Changes & Updates

  • Please confirm your shipping address at checkout.

  • If there are any unexpected delays in production or shipping, we will notify you by email.

Return & Exchange Policy

Pre-Order Items

  • Because all items are made to order through pre-sales, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues.

  • Please check our size guide carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at chrovarbiz@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we cannot offer direct exchanges due to limited inventory.

  • If eligible, you may return the incorrect item and place a new order once your refund is processed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, gift cards, and pre-order purchases (except for damaged/incorrect products) are final sale.

Chromatic Varsity was started by a group of friends at Michigan State who shared a love for classic college style—and a frustration with how hard it was to find. We design and produce quality campus apparel inspired by vintage looks and made by students, for students. Our goal is simple: to make college gear look good again, without the high prices or the endless search for the perfect vintage piece.
